Are you suffering from thin and fine hair?

My natural hair journey thus far has been so exciting! I've learnt so much and I love it when I have the opportunity to share through my blog and conversations with friends. One of my friends, recently asked me for some advice about her hair, she says its growing but its just fine. The first thing that came to my head was  oils. I asked her if she wasnt using any oils on her hair to thicken her hair and she said no. If you've been following my blog for a while you will know how much I love oils. They are in my opinion the best may to replenish your hair of the mositure that it looses daily. There are so many with different purposes and effects all with great nutritional value.

I made her a hair oil specifically for thickening up her hair strands. It's a multipurpose hair oil which can be used to oil her scalp, seal her ends, oil her hair, hot oil treatments, pre-poo treatment. So whats in it and why....

Castor Oil
It's incredibly mositurizing, its known for being able to thicken up your hair, reduce split ends and frizz. It's also known for being able to penetrate your hair follicles leading to longterm moisture! yaaay!

Extra Virgin Oil
This is has to be one of my favourite oils, packed with powerful antioxidents like vitamins A and E and a great oil to replenish your hair making it feel soft well mositurized and can help to control dandruff. Oh its also great for removing your makeup with.

Avocado Oil
This is my latest love, an excellent moisturizer packed with vitamins A,B.D, and E. Great for shine, moisturizing, deep conditioning and strengthening the hair.

Jamaican Black Castor
Similar to Castor Oil but its less refined and its known for stimulating hair growth

Rosemary Oil
It's great for stimualting the hair follicles, preventing dandruff and adding shine to your hair.

Anyone can use these oils on their hair. You dont have to be natural :)
Anyway, I hope that helped and if anyone has anymore question, please feel free to contact me via twitter kurlskoilskinks or send me an email
