Big and bouncy hair with Bianca

I'm absolutely loving Bianca's loose curl pattern.
Here's a quick low down on her regime
Wash
I try to use sulphate-free shampoos. I am currently using the Naked Shampoo range (available at Boots) but
When my hair is straight I tend to wash and style it every week. I find I get quite bad build up on the scalp possibly due to the sweat from working out or using too much heavy products. When it's curly (which is rare these days) I have to wash it every 2-3 days although I may or may not use shampoo and may just co-wash to prevent my hair from getting too dry.
I try to use sulphate-free shampoos, so currently I am using the naked shampoo range (available at Boots) but I have previously used Jason's organic shampoo which feels good and smells amazing!
Treatments
As I use shea butter and castor oil almost on a daily basis I tend not to really deep condition for moisture (although I probably should).
However every month or so I use a protein treatment to keep my hair strong - I use Aphogee 2-step treatment. It's quite a strong treatment and a bit messy to use but I really can feel the effects and since using it my split-ends have definitely lessened.
Straight hair
I tend to moisturise with a leave-in conditioner and then use the Aphogee Keratin & Green Tea restructurizer as it apparently uses the heat of dryers and straighteners to treat the hair. I keep wanting to try using a heat protector instead however they always seem to be overloaded with silicones (which I am not a fan of!).When my hair is straight I tend to moisturise with Jamaican castor oil and/or raw shea butter. I find they do both make my hair quite greasy but I rarely leave it out straight anyway so I don't mind the grease and they both make my hair feel really soft and quite shiny.
Natural
When I want to have it curly I tend to use a cheap wash-out conditioner (preferably no silicones although that depends on my budget!) followed either by Eco-styler gel or Kinky Curly 'Knot today' followed by Kinky Curly Curling Custard. I find Kinky Curly to be very expensive so I tend to go for the eco-styler more often. Although, I have to say the eco-styler does leave behind white residue by the end of day 2 - not a good look!

Thanks for a great post. I will definitely be checking out some of her products that she uses.
